1) Balayam Asana:

This yoga pose can stimulate the blood flow to your hair follicle and promote dark, strong and healthy hair growth. Calms your mind and relieve stress.

How to do:

Balayam Asana:

Step 1: Put both of your hands closer and rub your fingernails (excluding thumb).

Step 2: Rub the outward of your fingernails as hard as you can against each other.

2) Adho Mukha Svanasana:

This asana enhances the blood circulation, stimulate the blood flow towards your head. Fix the digestion issues by compressing abdominal muscles. Release the stress by outstretching neck & spine.

Note: Your stomach should be empty while practicing this yoga asana.

How to do:

Adho Mukha Svanasana

Step 1: forms a table-like structure with all your four limbs.

Step 2: Now create a V shape of your body by lifting your tail up to the ceiling.

Step 3: Point your toes outwards, all parts should be in a straight line your hand and shoulder, your hips and feet. 

Step 4: Bend your knees slowly one by one for a few counts and loose the hamstrings.

Step 5: Lengthen your neck & press your hands towards the floor. Make sure your ears in touch with your ear inner arms, and turn your look to your navel.

Step 6: Hold this position for 10 – 15 seconds and then make a child pose by bending the knees and take a deep breath and relax.
