Yoga for Eyes – Rejuvenate the Eyes with this 4 Yoga Exercise

Today’s generation spending more time in front of the computers & mobile devices and this activity will turn your eyes into the problem and you may suffer like itching, burning, watering from eyes and this will result in headaches, blur vision any many more symptoms related to the eye.

We all take care of our body like how to prevent hair fall, how to get brighter skin, how to keep your body healthy but we forgot the most important part of our body “EYES”. To guard your eyes in today’s lifestyle do this yoga exercise.

When we use at our devices we rarely blink our eyes, normal human eye blink 25 times in a minute. This activity hurt your eye muscles and cause dry eyes, pain etc.

How to do it:
Open your eyes completely and blink about 15 to 20 times and relax your eyes for 20 to 30 seconds and continue this exercise for five times a day. This will prevent drying eyes, give strength to your eye muscles and nourish.

Sideway Rotation:
This exercise will stretch your eye muscles and improve health, get relief from headache and eye pain.

How to do it:
Move your eyes in circular motion and side to side. If it is difficult for you then pick one pencil/pen and move it on circular motion and side to side and follow these object with the steady neck. Do this exercise about 10 to 15 time and relax your eyes.

Shoulder Stand:
This exercise will improve your eyesight as well as brain too by stimulating blood flow into the head and optical nerves. Improve functions of eye, ear, nose, and brain.

How to do it:
Bring one mat and lie down on it, slowly bring your upper body and point your legs in upwards and give support to your back through hands. Bring your legs upward as high as you can go. Hold this position for 2 to 3 minutes and get back to normal pose slowly.

Give relaxation your eyes after full day activity.

How to do it:
Rub your palms together until they get warm and gently place warm palms over the eyes hold this until palms get cold. Then remove the hands in front from the eyes and slowly open your eyes, repeat this exercise for 2 to 3 times.
